- Please upload a high-resolution image for the best printing results.
- Low-resolution, blurry or pixelated images may affect the final print quality.
- Please ensure your design is correctly positioned and fits within the selected print area.
- We recommend using PNG files with a transparent background for designs that require a clean, background-free finish.
2. Colours & Print Results
- Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared with the final printed product due to screen settings and printing processes.
- Printing works best on suitable fabric surfaces. The final appearance may vary depending on the tote bag material and colour.
- Printed designs may have a slightly different texture from the original artwork.
3. Design & Personalisation
- Please check your uploaded artwork, spelling, wording and design placement carefully before submitting your order.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any uploaded images, logos, photographs or artwork.
- Please do not upload copyrighted or trademarked designs without the necessary authorisation.
4. Handmade & Product Variations
- Tote bags may have minor variations in size, colour, stitching and fabric texture.
- As each bag is individually customised, the final product may vary slightly from the product images shown on our website.
5. Custom Orders & Returns
- Personalised products are made to order and cannot be resold as standard stock.
- Please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective or differs from the confirmed order.
- Your rights under applicable New Zealand consumer law are not affected by this policy.
6. Care Instructions
- Turn the tote bag inside out before washing.
- Hand washing or gentle cold washing is recommended.
- Do not iron directly over the printed design.
- Avoid bleach, tumble drying and harsh detergents to help maintain the print quality.
